Abstract
The tradition of the packed food is growing day by day. The modem life style is very much
responsible for it. But the problem with the packed food is qualil} of food. Quality is going
to be a big concerns for the consumer. In this present study we have used chips. coffee,
milk. meat and cold drinks. We ha\'c isolated 4 different type of bacteria. I from chips, I
from coffee, I from milk and I from meat. In frooti we did not found any bacteria.
