The present study was conducted on Sandy loam soil at Crop research Centre of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel university of Agriculture & technology, Meerut, India, during kharif 2022. Twelve treatments consisting of control (no fertilizer), control+ biofertilizer, Natural Farming module, Organic module, 100 % RDF+ Zn (120:60:40 NPK kg ha-1), 100 % RDF+ Biofertilizer (PSB+ Azotobacter) were studied against combination of organic manures with chemical fertilizer i.e. 75% RDF + FYM @6 t/ha (farm yard manure), 75% RDF + PM @1 t/ha (Poultry manure), 75% RDF+ biofertilizer, 75% RDF + FYM+ biofertilizer,75% RDF + PM + biofertilizer , 75% RDF + FYM @ 3 t/ha +PM @ 0.5 t/ha + biofertilizer in Randomized Block Design (RBD) with three replications. The rice cultivar of Pusa basmati 1637 was grown in the experiment. The highest yield attributes and yield was recorded with application of 75% RDF + FYM @ 3 t/ha +PM @ 0.5 t/ha + biofertilizer which was statistically at par with 100 % RDF+ biofertilizer whereas superior over control. Among the different combination of organic manures with inorganic source of nutrients, the replacement of 25 % RDF through FYM and PM recorded significantly higher yield attributes and yield along with higher net return and B:C ratio. The treatments with organic source of nutrients recorded higher nutrient use efficiency, higher nutrient content and nutrient uptake over 100 % RDF with inorganic fertilizer. On the basis of present study, it may be concluded that integrated use of organic source of nutrient along with inorganic and bio- fertilizers can improve the productivity of basmati rice.
