This study aimed to produce and purif) umylasc from psychrophilic bacteria for potential biotcchnologic.sl use. To achieve this psychrophilic bacteria were isolated from cold environment and their am) lase production capabilit) was assessed. The selected bacterial strain with the highest amylase production was then cultured under optimized condition including tcmperature,ph. and nutrient 3\'ailability.
