The goal of this project is to create a productive lab environment for enhancing PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) detection techniques to examine Heat Shock Protein 90 (HSP90) expression in oat cultivars. A key protein chaperone in plants' responses to stress is HSP90. Comprehending its manifestation in several oat cultivars can offer discernment into their mechanisms of stress tolerance. To achieve precise and dependable detection of HSP90 expression levels, the laboratory setup comprised improving a number of PCR parameters, including primer design, reaction conditions, and validation procedures
